Privacy Policy
Talveno works entirely on your device. We do not have accounts, we do not have a backend server, and we do not collect personal data about you. The only information that ever leaves your device is your purchase transaction, handled by the app store and our subscription provider so your subscription works.
1. Who we are
Talveno (“we”, “the app”) is a men’s pelvic health and fitness education app published by DevCode Ltd. Contact: devcodeltduk@gmail.com.
2. No account, no backend
Talveno does not require or offer account creation. There is no login, no username, and no server that stores your information. All app content (exercises, protocols, quiz, audio-cue text, translations) is embedded in the app and runs offline.
3. Data that stays on your device (never sent to us)
The following is stored only on your device using local storage (Hive) and is never transmitted to us or any third party:
- Your onboarding quiz answers and the personalized plan derived from them (this may include health-related information, such as your pelvic-health goals);
- Your progress, streaks, and completed sessions;
- Your app settings and notification preferences.
Because this data never leaves your device, we cannot access it, and we cannot recover it if you uninstall the app. You can erase all of it at any time by uninstalling the app.
4. Purchases (the only data that leaves your device)
If you start a subscription or free trial, the purchase is processed by the platform app store (Google Play Billing on Android, Apple StoreKit / In-App Purchase on iOS) and by our subscription-management provider, RevenueCat. This is used only to:
- verify your receipt and unlock your subscription (app functionality), and
- measure subscription performance in aggregate (analytics).
We use RevenueCat with an anonymous app-user identifier. We do not send RevenueCat your name, email address, phone number, or any advertising identifier. RevenueCat acts as our data processor and processes purchase data on our behalf; its handling is described in RevenueCat’s privacy policy (revenuecat.com/privacy). Your payment card details are handled entirely by the app store — Talveno never sees or stores them.
5. Notifications
Daily reminders are optional (opt-in) and are scheduled locally on your device. We do not use push servers and cannot send you server-initiated messages.
6. No tracking, no ads, no analytics SDKs
Talveno contains no advertising, no cross-app tracking, and no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) and we do not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not track you.
7. Children’s privacy
Talveno is an adult men’s health app and is not directed to children. It is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
8. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK / CCPA)
Since we do not collect or store personal data on any server, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. For the only data that leaves your device — your anonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat — you may request deletion (see §9). Uninstalling the app erases all on-device data.
9. Deleting your data
See the “Data & Account Deletion” statement published alongside this policy. In short: uninstall the app to erase all on-device data, cancel your subscription in the store, and email us to have your anonymous purchase record deleted from RevenueCat.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at this URL.
